Interview and training: Located at Durango Station Casino

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shaving (Knife shaved), pulling (hand-pulled) and cooking the noodles is a highly significant function that calls for precision, strength, and consistency. You'll be presenting our classic and authentic noodle pulling in front of our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull and shave noodles in an efficient manner while maintaining precision and quality.
  • Cook and prep noodles for the line
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
  • Comply with all food safety regulations.
  • Assist other staff members in prepping ingredients for dishes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs without restriction
  • No physical limitations; able to perform job duties requiring lifting up to 50 lbs
  • In good physical condition with no injuries; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation and additional information:

  • Fully Onboard $15-$21/hr (Including Tips)
