- Professionally interact with riders, engineers, and operations leaders, sharing valuable insights and feedback.
- Assisting with testing and data collection to support system advancements and operational improvements.
- Upholding a safety-centric, inclusive, and open-communication culture.
- Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting in-field testing to ensure operational safety.
- Preparing vehicles daily for in-field operations, including safety checks and system readiness.
- Submitting detailed reports to support system advancements and operational improvements.
- Remaining alert and distraction-free while in vehicles.
Qualifications for Success
What it Takes
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional driving experience
- Experience as an autonomous vehicle operator, driving instructor, motorsports racer, or similar role requiring exceptional driving skills and a commitment to safety.
- A Valid US driving license for the last 3+ years.
- A clean driving record with no DUI's, drug, and/or alcohol-related offenses within the last 5 years.
- Ability to anticipate hazardous situations and act quickly and safely, despite adverse conditions.
- Thorough knowledge of local traffic regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and comfort on driving on different types of road.
- Takes ownership with a high level of responsibility
