Initio Sphere Private Capital Ecosystem – https://initiosphere.org

Compensation:
$50–$200/hour (based on Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approvals)

About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, sponsors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets—combining deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and job placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Analysts do not wait months for placement—once verified, they can immediately begin earning income and supporting live investment transactions across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Investment Due Diligence Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.

Once approved, Investment Due Diligence Analysts:

  • Gain access to live investment opportunities requiring diligence support

  • Support investors, fund managers, and sponsors on active transactions

  • Build a verified diligence and risk analysis track record

  • Develop an Analyst Rating Score tied to performance and accuracy
