What will you do as an HVAC Duct Foreman?

  • Operate as the lead communicator between the office and field staff
  • Keep the project within budget by managing labor force in the field
  • Work through conflicts onsite with General Contractor and create solutions
  • Maintain change order logs and report back to office with any changes
  • Read through blueprints to layout duct design
  • Connect duct systems from start to finish
  • Insulate ductwork
  • Duct seal duct joints
  • Cut in branch taps in proper locations
  • Install branch lines down to the grill

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of duct installation experience required
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English preferred
  • Ability to work on ladders and lifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Clean driving record
