Job description

Bill Dube Ford Toyota Service Department is looking for dedicated Service Technicians to help grow our new 24 bay service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have Ford and or Toyota experience but not a requirement. Able to flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience recommended
  • Ford and or Toyota certification a plus
  • ASE Certification a plus
  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • New Hampshire inspection license a plus
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
