Our agency is proud to represent one of the nations leading healthcare networks in their search for 200 experienced Med/Surgical and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurses to join their dynamic Float Pool team in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This employer offers competitive pay, world-class facilities, and long-term visa sponsorship for international nurses ready to take the next step in their professional journey.
Upcoming Face-to-Face Interview Events
  • Dubai: 20th or 21st October
  • Abu Dhabi: 23rd and 24th October
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend one of the above sessions.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Day Shift Rate (0.9 FTE): $55.44/hour
  • Night Shift Rate (0.9 FTE): $59.64/hour
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in the first paycheck)
  • 30 days accommodation arranged upon arrival
  • One-way flight to the U.S.
  • Employer sponsorship and DS-160 reimbursement
Rates are fixed regardless of experience and exceed the prevailing wage in Indianapolis.

  • 200 positions in the Float Pool (Medical-Surgical and PCU)
  • Equal allocation of Day and Night shifts (50/50 split) night shift premiums and benefits will be emphasized
Minimum Requirements
  • BSN degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience in the area applied for
  • NCLEX passed
  • English language exam cleared
  • CGFNS VisaScreen cleared or in process
  • Experience working across multiple countries is essential
