Job description

The Operations & Pro-Retail Manager is a dual-focus role requiring a "mission-critical" mindset. You will manage the procurement and logistics of professional concrete coating supplies while operating our contractor-facing retail storefront. • Rapid Order Processing: Execute fast-paced retail transactions and quotes for pro-clients, ensuring zero delays in their workdays.
  • Technical Support: Maintain expert-level knowledge of polyaspartic, epoxy, and moisture vapor barrier systems to answer high-pressure technical questions on the fly.

2. Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving

  • Strategic Procurement: Issue purchase orders for all supplies, resins, pigments, and diamond tooling, maintaining "just-in-time" inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Logistics Oversight: Manage all incoming freight and outgoing shipments, ensuring 100% accuracy against packing slips and manifesting.

3. Inventory & Operations Control

  • Inventory Audits: Lead weekly cycle counts and resolve discrepancies immediately to ensure operational readiness.
  • Internal Staging: Pre-stage "Job Kits" for internal installation crews to maximize field efficiency and eliminate morning loading delays.

  • Sense of Urgency: Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments where timely delivery is critical to project success.
  • Tech Proficiency: High-speed data entry skills and mastery of inventory management software.
