Dog Training Elite Orlando is a family owned dog training company that is part of a Nationwide franchise with over 100 locations. Founder, John Mestas, has been in business for over 45 years and is fondly known as the "dogfather".

DTE specializes in high level obedience and service dog training in the home of the client as well as providing group classes!

DTE Orlando is looking for a Dog Trainer to handle appointments from 10am-7pm Monday through Friday, Group Class on Saturday morning from 9am-11am, and PRN events on the weekends. 

The perfect candidate will possess the following qualities:

*have the ability to manage employees

*have excellent organizational skills

*have creative problem solving skills

*have the ability to multi-task

The perfect candidate will show excitement for growing the business and acquiring new customers and will be able to form positive, professional relationships with local businesses and vendors.

No previous dog training experience is required. Extensive training in our techniques and values will be provided.

Additional Requirements:

*must have quality, reliable transportation

*must have a dog that is approved by DTE Orlando Owners

*must have a clean driving record

*must provide a DMV record of driving history and proof of insurance during the interview process

*must have a clean criminal background

*must have a strong work history

The position does not require a college degree, but it does require a strong work ethic and a positive outlook and attitude.
