Job Title: Sr. Client Relationship Manager
Locations: Kansas City, MO; Braintree, MA; Boston, MA - Hybrid
About the Role
This role is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within DST Technologies' Professional Accounting - Business Advisory Services (PA-BAS) sector. Specifically, this role will help lead and ensure success of a variety of client events including conversions, mergers, liquidations, etc.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Manage and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships with assigned accounts in the PA-BAS sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth targets.
  • Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements of the common initiatives frequently performed in the team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., client relationship teams, product development, service delivery, technical support, operations, financial control) to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of DST Technologies' offerings.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service offerings relevant to the PA-BAS market.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or sales within the financial services or professional services technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully providing client support.
  • Strong understanding of the mutual fund industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
