We are a mission-driven non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in living meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives within their communities. Our team is passionate, supportive, and committed to making every day count.

What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders
  • Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
  • Assisting with community engagement-think outings, events, jobs, and social activities!
  • Helping plan and participate in fun, meaningful experiences
  • Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
  • Documenting services and following individualized service plans

Where You'll Work:

  • Residential Home: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines

What We're Looking For:

  • Compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance (required)
