Job Description/Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Execution Manager is accountable for delivering growth across our portfolio. This role leads a regional sales team and develops team member capabilities, resulting in best-in-class in-market solicitation that delivers volume growth and market share. This leader builds an effective regional sales team through in-market planning, coaching, training, and high execution standards that develop a strong bench of future sales leaders. As the leader of the team, the RSEM also builds strategic customer relationships within the market, develops plans for soliciting orders, and drives execution through the sales team.

  • As the leader of the regional sales team, role model strong line management practices, ensuring all team members receive clear, consistent business objectives while fostering high engagement.
  • Train and support regional sales team members to effectively deliver sales goals wisely, efficiently, and creatively.
  • Demonstrate executive presence, communicate effectively, maintain a strong in-market presence, and operate with a strategic sales leadership mindset.
  • Develop, lead, and translate strategic direction into go-to-market execution and order solicitation strategies that increase sales, growth, profit, and share.
  • Shape customer and channel solicitation strategies and drive execution across all business functions.
  • Build a strong network across customer accounts and engage at the appropriate levels. Continually seek new ways to drive efficiencies by partnering with key stakeholders who influence multiple locations.
  • Lead a growth-oriented sales team that maintains disciplined systems to measure, manage, and monitor performance against defined business metrics and in-outlet execution standards.
  • Execute the strategic sales plan by channel and ensure execution of key priorities and initiatives. This includes building strategic customer relationships throughout the market and calling directly on the Top 30 customers to engage in future order solicitation.
  • Lead with energy and ensure the team understands the importance of aligning the sales organization around the company's long-term sales and growth strategies and fiscal plans.
  • Motivate and retain highly skilled sales professionals to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market changes, customer needs, and emerging technologies that drive sales.
  • Coordinate with State Managers and National Account teams to ensure strong alignment on programming and PODs, maximizing execution, delivery against business plans, speed to market, and market share.
  • Partner with key stakeholders within National Accounts to help define and manage call coverage, frequency models, sales performance, and business reviews to improve consistency and the effectiveness of order solicitation efforts.
  • Coordinate with State Managers and National Account Managers to ensure strong alignment on sales and solicitation programming and execution of business plans.

The annual salary range for this role is $127,000 - $190,600. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.

For roles within our commercial team - the Salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
