The DuPage Senior Citizens Council/Kane Senior Council (DSCC/KSC) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3), volunteer-driven organization committed to the well-being, socialization, and health of seniors. DSCC/KSC is the designated Meals on Wheels and Community Dining provider in DuPage and Kane County.


DSCC/KSC is looking for a Full-Time Volunteer Services Manager to work at DSCC/KSC throughout DuPage and Kane Counties. An ideal candidate would have a blend of analytical, interpersonal, and execution-focused skills. Also self-motivated, highly organized, and have excellent written and verbal customer service and problem-solving skills.


Volunteer Services Manager Responsibilities/Tasks

· Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers for programs including meal delivery, community events, and wellness checks.

· Implement and monitor agency goals, policies, compliance standards, and long-term strategies for volunteer engagement.

· Work collaboratively with program managers to identify volunteer needs and match skills with opportunities.
