Job description

We are seeking an experienced Tradesman specializing in drywall repair and texture matching to join our Reconstruction team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality drywall repairs and accurately matching existing textures in residential and commercial properties impacted by water, fire, mold, and other property damage. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and can deliver seamless repairs that meet company and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform drywall repairs ranging from small patches to large-scale wall and ceiling replacement.
  • Tape, mud, sand, finish, and prepare surfaces for paint.
  • Match existing textures, including:
    • Orange Peel
    • Knockdown
    • Hand Texture
    • Skip Trowel
    • Smooth Wall Finishes
    • Acoustic/Ceiling Textures (where applicable)
  • Identify and address damage resulting from water, fire, mold, or reconstruction projects.
  • Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers
  • Maintain quality standards and complete work efficiently while meeting production schedules.
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Assist with other reconstruction tasks as needed.
