Job description

TruBlue of Delmarva is looking for a skilled and dependable Home Services & Painting Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on residential home maintenance, repair, and improvement projects with an emphasis on doors, windows, drywall repair, painting, and general handyman services. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and enjoys solving problems in real-world home environments.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team. Daily responsibilities may include door and window installation, drywall patching and finishing, interior painting, trim carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, and other residential maintenance tasks. Candidates should be able to accurately assess projects, maintain clean and safe work areas, document completed work with photos and notes, and deliver a high level of customer service while representing TruBlue of Delmarva in customers’ homes.
