Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Drywall Hanger to join our production team. This role is responsible for installing drywall in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Requirements


Job Responsibilities

  • Measure, mark, and cut drywall panels according to specifications.  
  • Read blueprints or other specifications to determine methods of installation, work procedures, or material/tool requirements. 
  • Use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer, calipers) to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Cut openings for electrical outlets, windows, doors, vents, etc. using cutting tools. 
  • Inspect installed drywall for alignment, fit, and quality standards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment. 
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned. 

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years of drywall installation experience (Commercial drywall installation a plus).
  • Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to lift 50 -75 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
