Location: 1531 W 18th St, Houston, TX 77008 – Jester Village

Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Flexible availability required, including mornings, evenings, and weekends


Position Summary

Fresh by SpinXpress is seeking a dependable WDF Lead to help oversee and carry out our pickup and delivery laundry services. This hands-on position emphasizes quality service, operational consistency, and dependable execution while collaborating closely with management.


In this role, you’ll oversee laundry orders throughout the entire process—from pickup through delivery—while helping coordinate daily operations and following established company procedures. As business demand grows, you’ll also help train and support additional laundry processing team members.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $28,800 annually

Responsibilities:
  • Transport and deliver customer laundry using a company vehicle.
  • Wash, dry, fold, and package orders according to Fresh by SpinXpress standards.
  • Ensure all orders are accurate, clean, and completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with management to coordinate daily order flow and delivery routes.
  • Adhere to quality control procedures and proper order release protocols.
  • Promptly report any issues, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient workflow within the store.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
  • Support training of new laundry processors as business volume grows.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service while positively representing the brand.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Comply with all traffic laws and safety guidelines while driving.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in wash & fold or similar laundry operations is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to lift, carry, and load laundry bags weighing 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus.
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
  • Interested in growth opportunities, including advancing to a lead role as the team expands.
