Lapels Cleaners is looking for energetic, outgoing Customer Service Reps!
Location: 5102 FM 1463, #400, Katy, TX 77494
Lapels Cleaners is seeking responsible, personable Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Candidates should possess a clean, neat appearance, be detail oriented and have a positive, friendly attitude for dealing with customers. Join our team and take advantage of an opportunity to gain experience in a thriving recession-proof industry! We offer a flexible schedule. No prior industry experience required. Full time and Part time positions available.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist all customers in the store with a positive experience
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the front counter area to ensure a neat and clean appearance
  • Front counter help with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
  • Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs, and/or questions
  • Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
  • Sort, examine, mark-in, and tag articles of clothing for each customer order
  • Assist production with quality assurance, bagging, and racking as needed
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little supervision
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Willing to learn and take feedback
  • Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Must be able to work in a hot environment
  • Good hand/eye coordination
