Part-Time Night Commercial Cleaner

Schedule: Evenings/Nights (4–5 hours per shift) Shift is Sunday through Thursday from 11:30pm-4:30am
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Cleaner to join our team for a restaurant. This part-time position is responsible for completing nightly cleaning tasks in a commercial kitchen and restaurant environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary workplace and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:

  • Clean all interior and exterior windows, including the drive-thru window.
  • Empty Bain-Marie/steam tables.
  • Thoroughly clean the inside of all steam tables.
  • Refill steam tables with water to approximately ¾ full.
  • Remove soiled baffle grease filters and place them in designated sinks for cleaning.
  • Install clean baffle grease filters.
  • Remove, clean, dry, and properly replace all floor mats.
  • Sweep all floors.
  • Mop all floors to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Ensure all assigned cleaning duties are completed before the end of each shift.
Qualifications:

  • Previous commercial cleaning or restaurant cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening/night shifts.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Dependable transportation is required.
