Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our dry-cleaning facility

Five Star Cleaners. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle customer orders, and ensure garments are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with garment drop-off and pick-up.

Accurately log customer orders into the system, ensuring all special instructions are noted.

Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special cleaning needs and inform customers accordingly.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Process payments and maintain accurate cash register records.

Organize and track orders to ensure timely and proper cleaning services.

Assist with light cleaning duties to maintain a neat and organized workspace.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Potentially may have to work at different locations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Comfortable handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.

Ability to lift and move garments and bags as needed.
