Owner-Operator CDL Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused owner-operator CDL Driver to transport loads to and from Port of Savannah and our 4 local company locations in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will operate self-owned and company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent service on every pickup and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 22 years of age or older
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License required
  • Must meet all DOT requirements and qualifications
  • Must have 2 years verifiable OTR Class A driving experience
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with local container pickup and delivery
  • Experience operating dry van, container chassis, flatbed, and dry bulk trailers
  • Familiarity with electronic logging devices, route planning tools, and delivery documentation.
