About Role:
We're hiring a Senior Web Content Strategist to lead content work across our client roster, from research and audits through the writing itself.
What you'll do
  • Run web content strategy end to end: research, audits, competitive reviews, and a plan for how content gets created, organized, and governed
  • Work with creative directors and designers to shape ideas into words and visuals that actually work together
  • Sit with clients directly to keep content plans tied to their goals and deadlines
  • Build and edit in WordPress, Drupal, or Sitecore
  • Apply SEO, accessibility, and web-writing standards across every project
  • Write and edit for email, paid media, and paid social alongside the web work
  • Contribute to proposals and new business pitches
  • Match different brand voices without losing precision on grammar and detail

What you need
  • 5+ years of professional writing experience at an agency, plus a degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Real depth in web content strategy, UX writing, and content design for component-based pages
  • Comfort adapting your writing across industries and audiences
  • Hands-on experience in at least one major CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore)
  • A track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines without the quality slipping
  • Familiarity with nonprofit content and fundraising strategy
