Position Summary
The Drupal Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications and digital platforms built on the latest versions of Drupal (Drupal 9/10/11). This role ensures high-quality, secure, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences that support organizational goals. The developer collaborates closely with designers, content teams, product owners, and IT leadership to deliver modern, accessible, and high-performing web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drupal Development & Architecture
  • Develop, configure, and maintain websites using the latest versions of Drupal (9/10/11).
  • Build custom modules, themes, and integrations following Drupal best practices.
  • Implement and maintain content types, views, taxonomies, blocks, and menus.
  • Ensure code quality through version control, peer reviews, and adherence to coding standards (Drupal Coding Standards, PSR-4, Composer workflows).

Site Maintenance & Enhancements
  • Perform regular updates, security patches, and module upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems.
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility (WCAG 2.1+), SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
