A technically strong hands-on expert who can design, build and support product solutions for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), develop technical roadmaps for the web CMS platform and lead the migration and maintenance of the various web properties on to AEM.

The candidate should have a solid overall understanding of the system/application architecture of the AEM, its templates, widgets, components and workflows including knowledge of out of the box search capabilities and custom integration with enterprise services.

A successful candidate will have the following: Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and experience with rolling out templates, micro sites, tagging and campaigns on AEM

Experience in Adobe performance tuning and optimization

Experience architecting and providing hands on technical leadership for development of AEM based Enterprise Content Management platforms

Proven track record to delivering enterprise initiatives working across organizational boundaries

Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes that balance technical and business goals

Broad web and digital knowledge, an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detailed oriented, resourceful, initiative and creative

Ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through to completion

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in developing, enhancing and operating digital content platforms with at least 3-5 years of hands and/or technical leadership on AEM/Adobe CQ platform

Java and J2EE experience HTML/CSS markup and dynamic markup (jsp, asp, php)

JavaScript both jQuery and ext js frameworks

Past experience with enterprise CMS (CQ5, Adobe AEM, Drupal)

Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Model View Controller paradigm

Develop applications that are deployed to the J2EE application server and CQ5/Adobe AEM environment

Support production environment with resolving application errors including backend

Assist on team activities to analyze and improve system performance

Enforce application development standards and best practices

Adhere to the agile methodologies Software Development Life Cycle

Experience using and developing RESTful services

Solid understanding of SQL/relational database concepts
