We are currently seeking a Web Application Developer to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Summary:

The Content Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining, organizing, publishing, and enhancing digital content across the organization’s public websites (Drupal) and internal intranet platforms (SharePoint). This role ensures content accuracy, accessibility, compliance, and alignment with branding and communication standards. The specialist will collaborate regularly with stakeholders, technical teams, and communications staff to support timely updates, improve content quality, and optimize user experience. This role works closely with communications, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging content delivery.

Job Duties:

  • Publish, update, and manage web and intranet content including text, images, documents, and multimedia.
  • Maintain page accuracy, formatting consistency, and alignment with branding and accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG).
  • Manage Drupal content types, menus, taxonomies, and basic page layouts.
  • Maintain SharePoint pages, document libraries, lists, and announcements.
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated or inaccurate materials.
  • Coordinate with contributors, reviewers, and approvers to keep information current.
  • Support content workflows, version control, and governance standards.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience with job duties listed above. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting projects/efforts with a responsibility for managing content in Drupal and SharePoint Online.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and image optimization.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and digital content best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with content strategy, intranet governance, or digital communications.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and/or UX principles.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $95,000 - $159,720. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. If the position offered in temporary, the position will not be eligible for incentive compensation. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
