Job description

Reporting to the Managing Digital Content Developer, you will support QVC, and is responsible for building, publishing, and maintaining customer-facing digital content across our digital platforms. This role is open to candidates with relevant coursework, internship experience, academic projects, or hands-on experience in web development or digital content publishing.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE .Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
  • Build, schedule, publish, and migrate digital content across QVC and HSN customer platforms using AEM and other CMS tools.
  • Support daily content development across the customer journey, including the homepage, product detail pages, and cart/purchasing experience.
  • Create targeted digital experiences and campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Target.
  • Partner with teams including UX, IT, eCommerce, Marketing, Design, QA, and Testing to support campaigns, platform updates, and customer-facing site experiences.
  • Respond to production issues in real-time, troubleshoot with IT, and help maintain a high-quality customer experience across digital platforms.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years experience, professional or academic using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON. We prefer candidates who can hand-author HTML and CSS.
  • 3+ years experience, professional or academic with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, Drupal, or similar tools through coursework, internships, work experience, or personal projects is helpful.
  • 3+ years experience communicating updates and resolutions to partners, with the ability to present information, recommendations, and issue resolution to leadership and team members across departments.
  • Understanding of web browser capabilities and the constraints involved in developing for digital and multimedia platforms.
