  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • Performing three way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Reconciling vendor statements

  • Strong organizational skills

Hours:
Monday thru Friday 12:15 PM to 5:00 PM
