Responsibilities
  • Assist guests through the purchase process (greeting, selection, numbers, negotiations, financing, and delivery) ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free!
  • Sell the passion and excitement of Harley Davidson to our customers using proactive feature-benefit sales techniques providing advantages of our products over competing brands.
  • Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
  • A self-starter! Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers.
  • Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers.
  • Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles)
  • Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills
  • Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
  • Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required
