Job description

Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Load/unload or otherwise move inventory through the use of overhead crane or other material handling equipment as specified according to work orders and by directive of supervisor.

Function in the Job

Medium/Heavy work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Log and report inventory location changes according to specified procedure

Assemble customer orders according to work orders

Log and tag inventory received according to specified procedure

Record pertinent material information on to work orders or other forms as specified by management

Special projects as specified by management.

Performance of other Warehouse or Processing / Maintenance Department tasks as required by the absence of a department member or due to the existence of a backlog of work.

Required Skills
