Sales Support Specialist (Quoting & Order Management)
This role supports the growth and performance of the Vendor Direct program, company’s drop-ship and non-stock product channel. This role is responsible for quoting and processing sales field sales requests. You will partner with sales and suppliers to execute bulk, drop-ship, and non-stock fulfillment models. Ensure supplier data, product catalog information, and pricing are accurate and maintained. Partner with Supply Chain for order discrepancy resolution and ensure closeout efficiency.

• Monitor requests from sales teams
• Manage contracts with vendors, creating quotes, and then getting all information and then taking back to sales teams
• Familiar with SAP and MS Office.
• Experience in sourcing or placing orders, this is ideal

PAY RATE: 25.00 hour
HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F
LOCATION: Richardson, TX 76080

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, sales support, order management, quoting, invoicing, or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and product information quickly.
