We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary assignment, providing administrative and operational support across key Human Resources functions. This role will primarily support talent acquisition logistics, benefits and payroll administration, HR reporting, and process development/documentation. 

The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a variety of HR activities in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative or early-career HR experience who is looking to broaden their exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources. 


Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate interview scheduling, recruiting logistics, and candidate communications to support an organized and positive candidate experience.  
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.  
  • Support benefits and payroll administration, including employee updates, leave tracking, and documentation 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, files, and trackers.  
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers, and other workforce data to support ongoing HR activities.  
  • Support the documentation and development of HR processes, procedures, workflows, templates, and resources to promote consistency and efficiency.  
  • Provide general administrative and project support across HR initiatives and day-to-day operations as needed.
