The Role:ย 

What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and operate full-stack software systems that power the Arrive Point platform
  • Architect cloud-native services and APIs that support real-time, IoT-connected hardware in production
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and AI teams to integrate software, embedded systems, and AI models
  • Build and support GPU-accelerated and edge-to-cloud workflows leveraging NVIDIA technologies
  • Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly to validate new platform capabilities and product features
  • Own software quality from design through deployment, including testing, performance tuning, and reliability
  • Improve developer experience through tooling, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automation
  • Contribute to engineering best practices and mentor teammates through reviews and technical guidance

Requirements

What We're Looking For:ย 

  • Development Experience: 8-12+ years of professional experience in full-stack and/or backend software engineering
  • Proven track record building and operating production systems at scale
  • Strong experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience working withย NVIDIA technologies, including GPU-accelerated workloads, edge computing, or AI infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in modern languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript and Python

Platform & Systems Knowledge

  • Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments
  • Familiarity with databases, microservices, and scalable infrastructure

AI & Product Mindset

  • Experience integrating AI models into production systems
  • Enthusiasm for applying AI tools to improve developer productivity and system capabilities
  • Comfort working across cloud, edge, and hardware-influenced environments

Collaboration & Culture Fit

  • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across engineering disciplines
