Operating Title Senior Facilities Carpenter Long Classification Title Campus Location Durham Department UNH OPS Team B Summary of Position Under general supervision of designated Manager/Supervisor, install, maintain, and repair building roofing systems (slate, asphalt shingle, rubber, composites, built-up, standing metal seam, etc.). Responsible for providing excellent customer service and producing the highest quality assessments and roofing repairs. The UNH Roofer will be the lone roofing expert in the Facilities Operations Division, and as such, needs to communicate standards and assessments that lead the University investments within the roofing inventory. Provide expertise in the roofing field, and in coordination with our Asset Management group, evaluate and sustain the UNH roof replacement program in an efficient/cost effective manner. Participate in design and construction oversight of roofing projects.
