  • Role Description This full-time, on-site Driving School Instructor role is based in Beverly, MA. The instructor will conduct behind-the-wheel lessons teaching learners safe driving practices, traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating proper vehicle operation, assessing student progress

and

  • providing clear feedback

. The role involves regular interaction with learners and families, scheduling lessons, and ensuring that training vehicles are operated and used safely at all times. The instructor will collaborate with school leadership to continuously improve the curriculum and support a professional, respectful learning environment.


Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication abilities to explain driving concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback to learners.
  • Strong Customer Service mindset to support learners and families professionally and courteously throughout the training process.
  • High level of reliability, attention to safety, and adherence to state driving school regulations and company policies.
