Lead a fleet of 30-40 drivers and manage driver availability to maximize the productivity of their fleet.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
  • Meet drive-home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 2 years in Over The Road Transportation as a Driver Manager.
  • Experience with driver and equipment utilization.
  • Must be able to lead others.
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be able to work in high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
