Lead Transmission Line Engineer

Seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer (11+ years experience) to serve as the technical authority for complex, mega-scale EHV overhead transmission projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Serve as "Responsible Charge" for multi-disciplinary teams and establish project work plans.
  • Technical: Perform complex calculations and equipment research specifically for EHV overhead transmission lines.
  • Client Management: Identify client drivers, manage project changes, and support business development efforts.
  • Operations: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.
  • People Leadership: Lead hiring, discipline, and technical reviews for subordinate engineering staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 11+ years in power delivery/transmission with specific expertise in EHV overhead lines.
  • Compliance: Must pass pre-employment background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
Preferred Skills
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license highly preferred.
