Their responsibilities often include helping with route navigation, loading and unloading goods, ensuring delivery paperwork is accurate, and assisting with vehicle safety checks. They play a key role in making deliveries efficient and safe by coordinating logistics and providing hands-on support to drivers. This role is essential in sectors like delivery services, moving companies, and public transportation. Drivers Assistants often work as part of a team and may have customer service responsibilities during deliveries.
