- Work with nursing staff to schedule medical appointments.
- Transport residents to and from their medical appointments.
- In coordination with nursing staff, ensure that proper medical documents are accurate for transport to medical visits/appointments.
- Maintain safety and comfort of residents during transportation.
- Keep a detailed log of all transports.
- Maintain the routine van mileage log.
- In coordination with facility maintain and schedule routine van maintenance.

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Valid Mississippi Driver's Chauffer's License preferred.
