Service Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all daily service department operations

Service Manager Qualifications

  • Previous automotive Service Manager or Fixed Operations leadership experience

  • Previous import OEM experience, preferably Honda.

  • Proven track record of driving service department profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities

  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

  • Experience analyzing KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with dealership management systems and service department software

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
