Operations Analyst II/IIIFull Time, Ft. Belvoir, VASecret clearance required**This position is contingent upon government approval** Overview:Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support our organization in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.Responsibilities:Level II:Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments and may assigned responsibility to participate in team project efforts to:- Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders- Manage taskers and staffing packets- Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)Control, manages and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)Archive Operations functional documents and informationRepresent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences; andPlan and manage facility requirements.Depending on placement in organization may be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.).Level III:Possesses and independently applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments; may be assigned responsibility to participate in or lead project efforts to:Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.Manage taskers and staffing packets.Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.).Control manages and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.).Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.).Archive Operations functional documents and information.Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences.Plan and manage facility requirements.Depending on placement in organization may be required to support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.).Qualifications/Requirements:Level II- AS degree and 5+ years of experience OR HS Diploma/Equivalent and 7+ years of experience.Level III- BS degree and 10 years of experience OR AS degree and 13+ years of experience.Minimum of a Secret Clearance required.About Semper Valens Solutions:Semper Valens Solutions, Inc.
