RESPONSIBILITIES - A Day in the life Provide leadership to all team members, including drivers, supervisors, and sales executives, at the direction of the service centre manager Plan daily manpower needs to ensure customers' freight is delivered and picked up timely and damage‐free Communicate with dispatch at various Service centres and with dock employees to coordinate the movement of trailers and freight Evaluate and reconfigure route structures and bids based on local tendencies and characteristics Other duties as assigned.
