Block by Block is seeking a Fare Inspection Operations Manager to oversee the program that supports fare engagement efforts on the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Light Rail System.
Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager for Fair Inspections to oversee one of our newest Ambassador Transit Program with Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) Blue Line Rail. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily program, operations, and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great client, rider and employee experience.
