Job description

Operations Manager – Pest Control

Launch and lead our New Tampa territory!

We are EXPANDING our successful operation into Tampa and looking for a strong, field-tested Operations Manager to help build this market from the ground up.

This is not a typical route position. This is an opportunity for the right person to step into a leadership role with a fast-growing pest control company, take ownership of a new territory, and play a major part in building something meaningful from day one.

We already service multiple East Coast markets and are continuing to grow. Now we are looking for a motivated operator who can help us establish Tampa the right way — with strong service, strong client relationships, and strong execution.

Why this role is different
This position is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job. We are looking for a person who wants to grow with the company, help shape a new market, and be rewarded for performance.
For the right candidate, this opportunity includes:

  • Strong starting salary
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • A path to equity ownership — up to 10%
  • Profit sharing - up to 20%
  • Real advancement opportunity as the territory grows

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead field operations for our Tampa territory
  • Deliver high-quality pest control service to commercial and residential clients
  • Work closely with our sales and leadership teams to onboard and retain new business
  • Help build efficient service routes, processes, and standards for the new market
  • Strengthen client relationships through professionalism, communication, and results
  • Monitor equipment, materials, and operational readiness
  • Represent the company with a high level of accountability and leadership in the field

What we’re looking for
  • Previous pest control or related field service experience is required
  • Strong leadership mindset and ability to operate independently
  • Someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and supporting growth in a new market
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Licensing is a plus, but we are willing to support the right candidate

What we offer
  • Strong starting salary
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Weekly pay
  • Paid vacation
  • Paid training and ongoing mentorship
  • Paid licensing and continuing education
  • Company vehicle
  • Strong support from an experienced sales and operations team
  • Clear opportunity for career growth
  • Equity opportunity for the right long-term fit

Who this is for
This role is for someone who wants to help build a territory, not just work in one.
If you are experienced in the field, hungry for growth, and want a real opportunity to become a key part of a growing pest control company, we want to hear from you.

Apply today to help us launch Tampa!
