Job description

This is a seasonal position that is responsible for ensuring the Schmitz-Maki Arena (Arena) operations run smoothly. This includes correctly opening and/or closing the facility, maintaining the ice sheet and facility, operating the Zamboni ice resurfacer, providing excellent customer service, having product knowledge of items sold in the pro-shop area, and operating the Point of Sale system requiring the handling of money and credit cards. Ensure customer safety is met during Arena operations.

Assist with the supervision of the Skate Guard position. Assist with keeping the facility, mechanical systems and safety equipment in good working order and are kept clean. Act as the Supervisor on Duty in the absence of full-time staff.

Provide excellent customer service. Must be 18 years of age Valid Minnesota Driver's license
