What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Lead and perform appliance installations in residential settings.
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs, safety standards, and client expectations.
  • Supervise and train junior installers, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
  • Conduct site assessments and post-installation quality checks.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges with professionalism.
  • Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Travel regularly within your assigned market using a company vehicle.

What You Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of appliance installation experience or 2+ years as a Certified Installer at BSI Inc.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (preferred).
