Pay: $1,200 - $1,400 a week

Job Type: Full-time

Our transportation team is expanding its Midwest operations, offering dependable weekly schedules, competitive earnings, and guaranteed weekend resets. Drive modern equipment with full back-office logistical support around the clock.

Position Overview

  • Operation Area: Regional runs across the Midwest with weekly home placement.
  • Weekly Volume: Expect between 2,100 and 2,300 miles per week (subject to HOS).
  • Freight Handling: 100% no-touch operations. Work consists of 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unloads.
  • Haul Distance: Average distance per run is approximately 300 miles.
  • Fleet Quality: Assigning 2021 or newer Kenworths and Freightliner Cascadias.
  • Driver Support: Dispatch and safety assistance available 24/7.

Compensation & Corporate Benefits

  • Weekly Take-Home: $1,200 to $1,400 gross per week.
  • Mileage Rate: $0.57 to $0.64 CPM, determined by prior professional background.
  • Sign-On Incentives: $4,000 .Paid in milestones
  • Delay Compensation: $12.50 hourly detention pay starting after the second hour.
  • Layover & Breakdown: $100 daily flat rate for unexpected downtime.
  • Safety Incentives: Earn up to an additional +3 CPM for clean driving and high productivity.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) plans and paid time off (PTO) after a 30-day waiting period.

Scheduling & Resets

  • Time at Home: Maintained weekly with a full 34-hour restart.
  • Lane Stability: Year-round freight volume with dedicated regional lanes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and valid Class A CDL.
  • At least 4 months of verifiable employment driving CDL-A equipment.
  • Acceptable driving abstract with a strong safety record.
  • Proficiency in hours-of-service planning and time management.
