COMPENSATION & BONUSES

  • Weekly Earnings: Average $1,300 - $1,500 Gross (Top performers consistently earn $1,800+ Gross).
  • Mileage Pay: $0.54 - $0.60 CPM depending on your verifiable experience.

ROUTING & EQUIPMENT
  • The Run: Consistent 2,300 - 3,000 miles per week (Average LOH is 400 miles).
  • The Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook / 40-50% Live Unload).
  • The Trucks: Premium, late-model 2022+ Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths.
  • Home Time: Reliable home time every other week for 2 full days.
  • Company Policy: Pet and Rider policies available starting on your very first day.

MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: Valid Class A CDL, age 21+, with at least 3 months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer (40ft+) experience.
  • MVR & Safety: No more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Zero major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
  • Background: No DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years. Clean drug/alcohol test history for the past 10 years.
  • Please note: We are unable to hire SAP drivers at this time.
