As part of one of the nation’s largest hopper fleets, H&M Trucking drivers operate 43-foot, high-sided grain hoppers equipped with air-ride trailers to haul freight across the country. This position involves transporting a variety of bulk materials — including feed and pet food ingredients, feed additives, seeds, grain, fertilizer, mined minerals, and organic grains — with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and reliability.


Pay & Details:
  • Pay: 63 CPM Base + $150/wk avg supplemental pay
  • Pay Range: $1,284 - $1,662 Weekly
  • Weekly Miles: 2,000 - 2,400
  • Health coverage: Full insurance and benefits package
  • Equipment: Drivers receive a dedicated truck and trailer
  • Loads: 100% live load/unload
  • Clean inspection bonus: $200 for clean level 1 DOT inspections, and $100 for other clean DOT inspections

Requirements:
  • 23 years of age or older
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 12 months of verifiable coast-to-coast, over-the-road tractor-trailer experience preferred
  • No major violations (15+ mph speeding, erratic lane changes, tailgating) or serious at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years and no more than 2 moving violations in the past year
  • No reckless driving, DUI/DWI, drug-related driving convictions, or cell phone violations in the past 5 years
  • Dependable, respectful, and drug-free (no SAP)
