As a CDL Class A Truck Driver you are responsible to safety operate tractor-trailer equipment (Drop & Hook) and maintaining properly to transport material to designated location in a timely manner. Conduct pre-trip & post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance of vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Home time is great with our 2/2/3 schedule (works every other weekend). We are currently looking to fill night positions (6pm - 6am).
Compensation:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES (summary of components that make up the job) An asterisk (*) indicates essential job functions that cannot be modified in order to fulfill the job requirements.
  1. Safely operates a tractor-trailer to transport brewery products locally.
  2. Conduct pre-tip & post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance of vehicles.
  3. Adhere to all traffic laws and company polices while driving.
  4. Maintain proper information in truck cab pouch.
  5. Report information accurately and completely on daily timecards, truck cab information and other needed paperwork.
  6. Maintain and support a safe and harassment free work environment.
  7. Ensure OSHA< DOT, EPA, MSHA, Federal, State and Local Safety and environmental regulations compliance and attend required training.
  8. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written)
  9. Ability to read maps and navigate to new locations.
  10. Must be self0motivated, team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  11. Ability to work with minimum supervision and recognize matters needing attention and initiate action to that recognition.
  12. Always work safely and take action to prevent all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (minimum educational, experience, or other relevant job requirements)
  1. General education, grammar and arithmetic, GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. A CDL Class A (tractor0trailer) license.
  3. Must have and maintain medical card and acceptable driving record and required endorsements
