What is a driver driver helper?

Driver Helpers are support personnel who assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering packages, especially during busy seasons. They help ensure that deliveries are completed efficiently by navigating routes, carrying packages to doorsteps, and sometimes communicating with customers.
