Location: Ashland, OH
Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or seasonal work, we offer flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle:
  • Full-Time: 4+ days per week
  • Part-Time: 2 days per week

Starting pay is highly competitive at $21.50 per hour, with time-and-a-half wages up to $32.25 per hour for overtime. Referral bonuses, pay incentives, and a promotional path from cargo vans to box trucks are available to help you grow with us. Full-time employees may also qualify for up to $5,250 per year in tuition support for continuing their education.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver packages safely and efficiently (up to 200-300+ packages/day, up to 50 lbs per package)
  • Operate a company van and handheld device
  • Complete daily routes, often working up to 10 hours per day
  • Load and unload vehicles, walk driveways, climb stairs, and work in all weather conditions
  • Meet performance, attendance, and safety expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional during interactions with clients.

  • Able to pass a 4-panel drug screen (Marijuana not included)
  • Comfortable working in person and making the commute to Ashland
